Dell P2725D and P2725DE Setup Guide
Note: This guide was written for the P2723D/DE models and the pictures may be slightly different from the newer P2725D/DE counterparts. The main difference is the USB ports on the bottom edge are now 1x USB-A and 1x USB-C instead of 2x USB-A.
Single Monitor
Unbox your monitor and take out the cables and parts for the stand. With the base and the stand out of the box follow the included instructions in the box for assembly, lining up and screwing the base to the stand then slotting the stand into the back of the monitor.
Take note of what model you were provided. This can be found either on the front of the box or the back of the monitor on a sticker near the ports. If it's a P2725DE for example, then it has a built-in dock. The model without the E is a regular monitor that does not have built-in docking capability.

Dual Monitors
Unbox your monitors and take out the cables and parts for the stands. For each monitor, follow the included instructions paper in the box for lining up and screwing the base to the stand then slotting the stand into the back of the monitor.
Take note of which monitor is what model. This can be found either on the front of the box or the back of the monitor on a sticker. If it's a P2725DE then it has the built-in dock.
NOTE: If you have two P2725D monitors, follow and repeat the Single Monitor steps for each monitor. You'll need a standalone docking station to use two of these; if you don't have one, contact IT.
Reference the picture below to familiarize yourself with how the two displays will be connected.
