How to update encoding for outbound mail from “Western European” to “Unicode (UTF-8)"

Instructions for updating user Outlook Settings to support Double-Byte characters.

From the “File” menu, select “Options”

Select “Advanced” in the left column

Scroll down in the Advanced section to the “International options”

Update the “Preferred encoding for outgoing messages” …
…FROM: Western European (ISO)

…TO: Unicode (UTF-8)

Update the “Preferred encoding for outgoing vCards” …
…FROM: Western European (Windows)

…TO: Unicode (UTF-8)

Click “OK”
