Welcome to the Locus Robotics IT Service Desk
In an effort to provide better and more efficient service the Information Technology Team has implemented a new Service Desk solution. Going forward you will use it for your Locus Robotics internal Technical Support needs.
This initial iteration will allow the IT Team to better track support requests, improve time and resource management, as well as, develop metrics to get a better understanding on areas for improvement so we may provide a better support experience for you, our customer.
We will be continuously looking to improve our support services and ask that you use this new system rather than contacting members of the internal IT Team directly. This will allow for the logging of requests making it less likely something falls through the cracks and a documented ticket will make the IT Team accountable in providing a solution in a timely manner.
